ISYS® provides ‘Best in Service’ and ‘Best in Outcomes’ nurse Case Management (NCM) and related services to the workers’ compensation (WC) industry’s most discerning claims professionals (CPs). ISYS field case managers (FCMs) and telephonic case managers (TCMs) currently service the needs of injured and disabled workers, employers, direct insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs) throughout California (CA), Nevada (NV), Arizona (AZ), New Mexico (NM) and Texas (TX). ISYS® case managers are trained to provide the entire spectrum of case management services, from onsite medical case management to catastrophic nurse case management to telephonic case management.
